What happens with emergencies?
You tell us what counts as urgent, like flooding, no heat or a gas smell. Those calls get flagged and you get a text right away.
Can I keep my current phone number?

How long does setup take?
With free self-setup, about 15 minutes. With the optional Done-For-You setup, we have you live within 48 hours of getting your details.
Are there any other fees?
Every plan includes one local number and the minutes listed. Extra minutes are $0.30 each. Extra or toll-free numbers and required carrier texting registration are billed at cost, and we always tell you first. Sales tax, GST or HST is added where required.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve businesses worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Your agent gets a local phone number where one is available in your country, and all prices are in US dollars. Tagani is not currently available in India, Pakistan or Bangladesh.
What languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, French and dozens of other languages. If a caller speaks another language, Ava switches to it for the rest of the call.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing portal or by email. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Not happy in your first 14 days? Ask and we refund your first payment, monthly or yearly.
