Billing & Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds work for Tagani Agents. It is part of our Terms of Service. All prices are in US dollars.

1. What you pay

• Setup: free self-setup is included with every plan. The Done-For-You setup is optional and costs $249 one time. You are only charged for it if you choose it.
• Extra minutes: $0.30 per minute. Prepaid packs of 100 minutes cost $30 and can be bought at any time. If you go over your included minutes without a pack, we notify you and may bill the extra minutes at $0.30 per minute. Included monthly minutes do not roll over; purchased extra minutes stay available while your plan is active.
• Promotional codes apply only as described in the offer (for example 10% off your first payment), cannot be combined and have no cash value.
• One local phone number is included where available in your country. Extra or toll-free numbers and required carrier registration fees are billed at cost, and we tell you before charging them.
• Taxes such as sales tax, VAT, GST or HST are added where required by the law of your country and shown on your receipt. All charges are in US dollars; your bank may add currency conversion fees.

2. Automatic renewal

Every plan is a subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you choose. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month (monthly plans) or each year (yearly plans), on the same date as your first payment, at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge. For yearly plans, we also email a reminder 15 to 45 days before each annual renewal.

3. How to cancel

• Online, any time, from your billing portal, in a few clicks; or
• By emailing support@taganiagents.com from your account email.

We confirm every cancellation by email. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first charge and we refund your first payment in full, monthly or yearly. No questions asked.
• Optional Done-For-You setup fee: refunded in full if you cancel before we start setup work. Once setup work has started, it is non-refundable.
• After the first 14 days, monthly and yearly fees and extra-minute packs are non-refundable, and partial months or years are not prorated, except where the law requires a refund. A cancelled yearly plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
• If we charge you in error, we refund the full amount.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we email you and retry the charge. If it is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause your agents until the balance is paid. Your settings are kept for 30 days.

6. Price changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any change to your plan’s price. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Billing questions and disputes

Email support@taganiagents.com and we will reply within one business day. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can fix it quickly.
